Power House

INNOVATUM SCIENCE CENTER

Did you know that you can charge your phone by rubbing a balloon on Frankenstein's monster's head? Or that the fridge is actually kept cool by a hamster called Magenta (Maggy) tirelessly running on her exercise wheel.

In collaboration with Innovatum Science Center we created a game that introduced children to various wacky ways to produce energy. By completing 10 mini-games the player is introduced to everything from burning fossil fuel to solar power.

Games are powerful tools for learning. Together with other experiments and information at the science center the game spark curiosity and connects new information with strong emotions. The game is designed to be completed within 5-10 minutes in order to let the kids naturally move on to the next attraction and allowing others to play. Several of the mini games are also designed for multiple players and will benefit from an extra pair of hands.
